Agreed that Venus is one of the most immediately memorable tracks here, and I think See No Evil has a particularly genius resolution to its vocal melody, so I don't know what George was on about there.
About his own private opinion, obviously. That's what all reviewers (and people in general) are on about.
I would hum the melody of Venus De Milo, but George has decreed it's no longer allowed.
